New this year! HX Meet helps quickly identify the right brands and the right products to help achieve all of your project needs. This easy-to-use matchmaking app offers a platform for attendees and exhibitors to connect and schedule onsite meetings before the trade fair even opens. It’s perfect for:

  • Finding the right project or product contact
  • Attendees who have a lot of products to see—and not a lot of time to do it
  • Any attendee or exhibiting company looking for a simple way to break the ice with new connections
  • Exhibiting companies looking for engaged, high quality project leads

Access to HX Meet will open in early October 2022.

How to get started:

STEP 1: Review the HOW-TO guide on how to effectively send and confirm appointments with HX attendees.
STEP 2: Go to “My Schedule” section and confirm your calendar.
STEP 3: Go to the “Meet” section and use the filters to narrow down your search. Bookmark any attendees or vendors that you are interested in meeting at the show.
STEP 4: Start sending meeting invitations to your bookmarked prospects. They will get alerts and respond back to your requests via direct message.

You will receive email notifications automatically when you receive a response back from an invited participant.

IMPORTANT TIP
Turn notifications on for the HX mobile app to get alerts and check back frequently for new attendees between now and the show date as more will be added as they register.
