Luxury Hotel Opens In Nashville

NASHVILLE – The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, recently opened in the heart of downtown’s SoBro district, steps from Music City Center and the Nashville Symphony. The 21-story hotel unites cultural and artistic diversity, history, design, and Southern hospitality in a newly constructed building, adding to the city’s iconic skyline.

Designed by Arquitectonica, The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel features 21 floors and 297 guest rooms and suites. The lobby at The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville, features a custom-designed reception desk with leather paneling by Lucchese, and ceramic art by artist Brie Ruais (behind desk) and paintings by artist Jackie Saccoccio.

The Joseph features contemporary design by Miami-based Arquitectonica and more than 1,000 pieces from The Pizzuti Collection. Respected for a decades-long commitment to art advocacy, The Pizzuti family has amassed one of world’s leading collections of contemporary art.

A haven, rooms feature copper, oak, warm marble and handsome brown leathers, while providing several vantage points to take in the scenes of Nashville or surprise artistic moments. Ample marble bathrooms feature Italian marble and ila spa products, while curated mini bar items pay homage to Nashville artisans like Olive & Sinclair, Poppy & Peep, Colts Chocolates and Bearded Iris Brewing.

Thirty-two, well-appointed suites envelop guests in cool comfort with espresso machines, expansive living areas and Audio Technica turntables with a unique selection of albums in each. The 20th-floor, 2,168-square-foot Presidential Suite is complete with an expansive entertaining space, a commanding marble bar, a fully restored 1920s era Steinway baby grand piano, a stunning five-fixture bathroom and memorable vistas.

The Joseph’s signature restaurant, Yolan, showcases refined Italian. The menu includes house-made and delicately crafted pastas, meat and seafood, rare specialty ingredients, and local produce. A glass-ensconced and temperature-controlled wine cellar is filled with more than 600 bottles unearthed through travels to Italy and other parts of the world.

Xenia Hotels & Resorts Anticipates Re-Openings

ORLANDO – Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. provided an update on its recently amended credit facilities, pending transactions, and hotel operations. On August 11, 2020, in connection with the pricing of its $300 million of senior secured notes due 2025, the Company effectuated amendments to each of its corporate credit agreements, including its $500 million senior revolving credit facility and four term loan facilities totaling $575 million.

As it relates to the operations of the Company’s portfolio, 35 of the Company’s 39 hotels and resorts are open and operating. The Company anticipates that Hyatt Regency Santa Clara and Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, Golf Club & Spa will recommence operations on September 8, 2020 and October 1, 2020, respectively.

 

AAM 15 Management Opens Residence Inn by Marriott Manchester Downtown

MANCHESTER, N.H. – AAM 15 Management, LLC opened its 10th hotel earlier this month in the central business district of Manchester, New Hampshire. Manchester, located 54 miles north of Boston, is the gateway to Northern New England and allows for easy access to ski resorts, NASCAR races, beaches, state parks, camping, mountains and dozens of other attractions.

Just outside the windows of the Hotel is the Southern New Hampshire University Arena, which has become the centerpiece of Downtown Manchester. The venue can seat 12,000 patrons for concerts, and roughly 10,000 for sporting events.
